FAQ's

Please take the time to read the below information, and follow up with any questions or concerns you may have.

CONTRAINDICTIONS

You cannot have Microblading, micropigmentation, or Plasma Lift if...* you are pregnant or breast feeding* you are diabetic * you get keloids scarring * you are in a high does of blood thinners * you’ve had Botox or fillers within 3 weeks of visit. 

plasma lift- 
 

*client should be in good health at the time of appointment, with no preexisting health conditions.  if the client displays signs of cold or flu the treatment should be rescheduled

*clients skin should not be inflamed in the area we are treating prior to procedure. 

*clients prone to keloid scars are not ideal candidates.

*clients with diabetes, healing disorders or lymphatic draining issues should not undergo treatment.

* clients with sunburn/sun tan skin should not undergo treatment

*clients with a history of hyperpigmentation are not ideal candidates.

*clients cannot have active herpes simplex at the time of treatment ( this is for treaments around the lips only)

* not for clients with pace makers

*not for clients who are pregnant or breast feeding

* cannot have lash extensions while having any treatment around the eyes.  Can be put back on in 4 weeks after treatment

*this treatment is on;y recommended on light-medium skin tones.  Anyone with darker complexion is at risk for hyperpigmentation.

POST CARE

Microblading/Micropigmentation

Keep area clean. Lightly wash with anti bacterial soap ( dial unscented) once a day for 7 days. No scrubbing. Pat dry with a tissue. * grape seed oil twice a day. * brows will be dark for the first 3 days. They start to lighten day 4-9. They will itch and flake. DO NOT PICK * day 9-10 they get very light. Don’t worry. They come back! See you at the touch up!

PRE/POST CARE

Plasma Lift

You cannot have a plasma lift if:

* if you are prone to keloid scars

* if you are diabetic, healing problems, or lymphatic draining issues

* if you have a history of hyperpigmentation

* if you have a pacemaker

*if you are pregnant or breast feeding.

* not recommended for darker skin tones. Because of a risk of hyperpigmentation

* if you have active herpes.

 

PRE CARE

Must be in good health. No cold or flu

* must not wear contacts when performing treatment on the upper lids

*skin cannot be inflamed prior to treatment area

* skin must be free of any sunburn/suntan

* NO EYELASH EXTENSIONS can be worn if the area being treated is around the eyes

* discontinue any product that contains salicylic, glycolic, and lactic acidosis 4 weeks prior to visit 
 

POST CARE

* ice treated area alternating 10 min on 10 min off for up to one one for the first two days.

* keep area clean using an antibacterial soap such as dial unscrnted soap. Wash twice a day with light pressure. Dab dry with tissue. Apply after care product ( purple dot)  apply daily until dots fall off.

* be patient with the healing process. Don’t pick!!

* AVOID SUN AND TANNING BEDS! you could get hyperpigmentation in the treated areas. Treated areas can swell and may feel like a sunburn. This will ease after day 2.
